Anca is 35 years old, she is married and has two wonderful children.
She likes to learn about herself and the world and to experience the joy of living her life in harmony with nature and the people close to her.
As a profession she graduated Chemistry and Psychology Faculties and has a 12 years experience in different organizational environments as: research, quality provision, software development, sales, marketing and human resources.
Currently she works in the Human Resource Management Department of an important national company doing recruitment, selection, evaluation, training and motivation of the employees.
She studied Transactional Analysis for 4 years (organizational field), she is a CNFPA authorized lecturer and a certified trainer in Process Communication Model.

Starting in October 2010, P.S.D.C.I. (Personal Skills Development Consultants International) will be running in Bucharest the new Process Communication Model® Coach Training.
Upon completion of the training you may use Personality Pattern InventorIES (PPI) as a part of your coaching practice. PCM Coach Training is recognised by the ICF. The training is intended for consultants and coaches, already trained in coaching skills who wish to use another model to add the next level of sophistication to their practice.
