Hello,
I am Serban Radulovici, trainer (since 2002) and coach (since 2004) certified in PCM. I am also in the final stage of becoming Certified Transactional Analyst in the organizational field.
I ran multiple workshops and training programs in Team Building, Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Stress Management, Communication, Sales Skills... and so on, for multinational corporative clients.
A vast part of my experience consisted in organizing “training programs through adventure” (outdoor learning), combining training type activities and coaching with participants’ immersion in experiential situations on the mountain. I used a lot of outdoors as training tools in the pursuit of achieving the training outcomes.
I have a background in human medicine. I studied management at CODECS – Open University, Leading and Organizational Psychology at West University of Timisoara and Transactional Analysis.
Each year I attend different workshops and training programs as participant.
I am fascinated by human mind and human adventure in the Universe.
I look forward to guide you through the adventure of exquisite communication and also to learn from you.

Starting in October 2010, P.S.D.C.I. (Personal Skills Development Consultants International) will be running in Bucharest the new Process Communication Model® Coach Training.
Upon completion of the training you may use Personality Pattern InventorIES (PPI) as a part of your coaching practice. PCM Coach Training is recognised by the ICF. The training is intended for consultants and coaches, already trained in coaching skills who wish to use another model to add the next level of sophistication to their practice.
