Expanding your Coaching and Consulting Offerings with Effective Communications
As a coach or consultant you have a palette of offerings for your clients. The subject of interpersonal communications arises ever more frequently as a critical success factor for management at all levels in organisations.
The Process Communication Model is the ideal tool for helping people to build better relationships and teams through more effective communications. It is easy for anyone to grasp the essentials and it is applicable from Day 1, building to an effective behaviour change within a matter of days or weeks. Once learned Process Communication becomes part of our natural behaviour because it is so effective in helping us to deal with other human beings, to understand them better, to communicate with them more effectively and to motivate them.
You can learn to be a trainer of Process Communication Model in just 16 days spread over a period of 4 months. Allowing you to continue to earn a regular income from your business, whilst expanding your skills in this crucial area.
Our Process Communication Train the Trainer Programme will teach you how to use this model for understanding the personality of self and others to discover how differently each of the six basic personality type communicates. Then you learn which channels of communication to use with each type, what words and phrases will reach them most effectively, whether written or spoken. You will learn what motivates these people and how you can address their motivators to give them a boost of positive energy at any time.
The model and methodology offered in this workshop is that of Dr Taibi Kahler, “The Process Communication Model”. Process Communication has many applications in management, recruitment, training, sales, negotiation and teambuilding etc.
This material has been used by NASA for recruitment and selection of its Astronauts and by Bill Clinton during his successful re-election campaign to draft his speeches in order to be ‘heard positively’ by the electorate. This model has gained acceptance in industry all over the world, as an outstanding method of motivating people through a period of change by helping them to work and communicate together more effectively as a basis for positive interpersonal relationships.
The Process Communication Model is based upon two basic principles, for effective communication of the message, the way we say things is more important that what we say and, although each individual is unique, we all have six personality characteristics in common. Each of us has a specific combination of these six characteristics and this provides useful and precise tools for effective communication, motivation, team and collegiate development, understanding perceptions and managing stress behaviours etc. By speaking to people in their own frame of reference we better manage conflict and reduce miscommunication. This understanding greatly improves our communication skills, our ability to motivate others, our sales skills and our general effectiveness.
You will then be equipped to go out and spread the use of this simple, effective and highly powerful tool to others amongst your client base either through training or coaching programmes that you will run yourself, supported by the services of infrastructure of Process Communication UK Limited.
